Art Plaza, a twin-tower project with 665 apartments, includes twin 33-story towers, a block away from School Board Metromover Station.  The amenities will include a swimming pool and pool deck, Jacuzzi, fitness center, and valet service. Across the street, Melo completed the SQUARE STATION project in June 2018.
